Yet, I consider this my first real project, since it was also my first exploration with C++. It is loosely based on a course focused on UE5 C++ (I took the course 3 times to *really* digest, and this is the 3rd iteration), and includes many custom elements pulled from prior experience with the engine as well as other sources.
I remember finishing this, showing it off to friends and family, and being very proud of myself. Then objectively looking at it and saying "This is really cool ... to me. But it isn't fun."
And now, I have to chase down that elusive muse of FUN with every project I make.
